At SUPPX VITAMINS AND SUPPLEMENTS STORE, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email or phone.

  • Once cancelled, a full refund will be initiated.

After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

2. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of health supplements and consumable products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Product missing from the order

Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Products with tampered seals

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)

4. Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

  • Bank or payment gateway delays are beyond our control.

5. Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, we may offer:

    • A replacement, or

    • A refund, at our discretion

Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • In case of wrong or damaged product delivered, shipping charges will be borne by us

7. Failed or Duplicate Payments

  • If a payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.

  • For duplicate payments, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
